You retain ownership of the Content you post or share on the App. However, you grant Fugit a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your Content in connection with the provision of the App and its Services.

If you use any paid features or Services offered by Fugit, you agree to pay the applicable fees as set forth in the App. You agree to provide Fugit with accurate and complete payment information.

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE APP AND ITS SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

FUGIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ITS SERVICES, EVEN IF FUGIT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
